Making the most of the often limited space in your packing area, the Easy Stack sits at the end of the output conveyor of the PSPC 30 packer and helps to maximise the capacity of the packer especially when used with only one operator.
Available as an option on all new-build packers or may be purchased separately to be installed on an existing machine.

PS-3 Tray Stacker
This automatic tray stacker is positioned on the output side of a PSP based egg packer and offers an effective tool for stacking a variety of 30 cell trays with up to 6 trays per stack. This labour saving unit enables the packing operation to be done by one person. A choice of 2 metre or 3 metre stack conveyor is available. The 180° curve option reduces walking distances and gives a stock capacity of up to 13 stacks.
The PS-3 control and alarm functions are fully integrated with the PSPC packers.
