Basic Layouts 
To give maximum flexibility, we use four basic layouts for all PSPC based packers: L, LB, R & RB. The "B" versions are more suited to single operator use.
The layouts shown assume that you wish to feed the eggs from the end of the packer. (as shown by the arrows). If you wish to feed eggs from the side of the packer or have more than one conveyor, you will need one of our extension units.
PSPC 30
The PSPC 30 is a simple but very efficient packer used for packing hatching eggs or commercial eggs into 30 cell trays. Gentle egg handling and
ease of use are the key features of this packer and with a maximum capacity of
24,000 eggs per hour, in a very compact unit, the PSPC 30 is set to become as
successful as its predecessor the PSP 30.
New features include: direct drive transfer for even smoother egg placement, streamlined build for greater ease of cleaning and an overall length reduction. The user friendly operating panel now includes six separate egg counters, and multi function alarm status display. All PSPC based packers include automatic house belt control operated by via pressure switches on the infeed table.
