PLU-18 High Capacity Trolley Loader 
Designed for the fully automatic loading or un-loading of various trolleys & containers. Different units are available to suit a variety of setter trays such as the Chick Master 132 & 150, the Petersime & Pas-Reform 150.
Requiring a minimum amount of user input, the PLU-18 is very simple to operate and is furnished with many safety features to protect your product.
The "twin tray" models allow two trays per cycle to be removed from the trolley and depending on which output option is used, trays may be issued either side by side or in single file. Many other options are available such as90°output units and even a180°turntable for correct tray orientation.
Typical applications include automatic tray feed through sanitizer units, candling machines or egg transfer operations.
PLU-18 On-Farm Trolley Loader
Designed for use with PSPC7 or PSPC Combi egg packer to cut both the risk of repetitive strain injury and labour costs in your packing operations. The PLU-18 is installed at the output conveyor to take filled trays and carefully place them into your farm trolleys with the minimum of user intervention.
Different loaders are available to suit a variety of setter trays such as the Chick Master 132 & 150, the Petersime & Pas-Reform 150. For larger sized farm operations, the PLU-18 becomes indispensable in keeping labour costs to a minimum.

PLU-18 Trolley Loaders & Un-loaders
For loading and un-loading containers and trolleys, the PLU-18 is available in either on-farm or high capacity versions. From simple loading of setter trays into trolleys at the end of a PSPC egg packer to high capacity, twin tray units suitable for hatchery use, Prinzen have a solution.
Our on-farm loaders are used in conjunction with our PSPC egg packers to load various trolleys, whilst our high capacity models can be used for loading or unloading and have many options to suit your specific application.
