PSPC Egg Packers
Primarily designed to handle hatching eggs in an extremely gentle manner, this range of egg packers covers the most complete range of trays currently available. From simple 30 cell paper trays to more complex setter trays such as the Jamesway series or Pas Reform models.
Our unique handling method ensures a points down setting of 99.7% helping to increase hatchability and therefore profitability for every flock. Each type of packer offers simplicity in design, sturdy stainless steel construction along with low maintenance and good access for cleaning.

PSPC 30
For packing hatching eggs into 30 cell paper or fibre trays only. With a capacity of 21,000 eggs per hour whilst maintaining the very gentle 99.7% points down setting.
PSPC 5
For packing into setter trays with a straight matrix cell pattern. e.g. Petersime 150 cell, Pas Reform 150 cell or Funky Box set & hatch type trays as well as standard 30 cell trays.
PSPC 7
For packing hatching eggs into setter trays with an offset matrix cell pattern. e.g. Jamesway, Chick Master or Buckeye trays. This model also packs into 30 cell trays.
