Pallet Loader   
The Pallet Loader has a maximum capacity of 80.000 eggs per hour and is used to automate the loading of pallets with stacks of eggs.  The machine is installed at the end of the stack conveyor on almost every type of farm packer including of course our own PSPC 30 when fitted with the PS-2 or PS-3 tray stacker.     The condition should be made that the eggs are packed on plastic egg trays and placed on plastic pallets which are adjusted to the dimensions of these egg trays.  

Specifically designed with the Twinpack "Eggs Cargo System" in mind, the Pallet Loader is fully automatic including the placement of each plastic layer divider.  Once an empty pallet is positioned in the lift zone the machine requires no further user intervention other than pressing the start button. 

The stack lifter handles 4 stacks of eggs at each lift cycle and places them gently onto the waiting pallet. Once a stack layer is complete the machine then takes a single divider from the divider stock and places it onto the pallet with great precision.  This continues until the pallet is completely filled to the height pre-set by the operator using the touch screen control panel.

A safety light screen is used to protect personnel working in front of the machine.

The egg cargo divider has been profiled in such a way that it can be put over the twelve stacks in one movement. In this way the upper part of the eggs are protected during transport.   The divider also gives optimum stability in the pallet, which negates the need for foil or wrap net.
