Elgra 3 Hatching Egg Grader
Especially designed for the hatching egg market, the Prinzen Elgra 3 grader has proved popular with farms and hatcheries around the world. Electronically weighing the eggs in to three user defined sizes. It opens out a whole new area of on-farm automation, giving our customers yet another complimentary product to reduce egg damage, increase hatchability, cut labour costs & increase profits.
The Elgra 3 is installed between the egg collection belts and a PSP based packer. Non-hatching egg sizes separated and automatically routed to a hand packing table. Hatching eggs are directed towards the PSP egg packer.
Statistical information is available either on the touch screen display, or the integral printer. Information and settings may be entered & collated for up to eight separate houses, giving the user full control over egg weight limits, printout information and service data. A logical menu system ensures ease of use for all aspects of operation, data input and retrieval, helping to make the Elgra 3 a user friendly component of your on-farm automation system.
