To give maximum flexibility, we use four basic layouts for all PSPC based packers: L, LB, R & RB. The "B" versions are more suited to single operator use.
The layouts shown assume that you wish to feed the eggs from the end of the packer. If you wish to feed eggs from the side of the packer or have more than one conveyor, you will need one of our extension units.

PSPC 7
Used for packing hatching eggs into setter trays, this seven row packer is
unique in it's operational method. The PSPC 7 is capable of packing into "offset matrix" tray patterns such as the Chick Master 132 & 150 & 165, Jamesway series 36, 42, 73 and Hatchtec 88 trays with a points down accuracy of better than 99.7% thus helping to raise the hatchability figures for your flocks.
This machine also has the capability to use with 30 cell plastic or fibre trays. This, together with it's gentle transfer explains the continuing success around the world. As with all the PSPC range of packers, the PSPC 7 is very user friendly with simple operating controls. It's stainless steel construction, and good floor access, makes end of day clean down quick & easy .
The PSPC 7 is available in four basic layout patterns with optional extension infeed belt units for multiple egg conveyor use.
